Our methodology

The name “Trivium IP” springs from the Latin word “trivium” meaning “the place where three roads meet”. The word “trivium” also refers to the subjects Logic, Grammar and Rhetoric taught in classical education during the Middle Ages. From history and to present day, these subjects have proven as essential elements in succeeding in writing and communication. How an Intellectual Property Right can be used and enforced depends on how it is written and how it is communicated.  Because of this importance, these subjects are embraced in the work carried out by Trivium IP.
